1.1 Access to or use of certain additional services (i.e. Premium Account) requires payment of a subscription or access fees.
1.2 By purchasing Premium Account, you agree to pay all account charges at the prices then in effect in addition to all applicable taxes and other fees that accrue in relation to use of the Premium Account, you expressly authorize Ex-Load to charge the payment method of your choice (your “Payment Method”) for the Premium Account plan you select.
2. Recurring Billing.
2.1 Some subscription plans to the Premium Account consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you (e.g., monthly).
2.2 By applying for any recurring payment plans, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We may also periodically initiate transaction using the payment method that has been used previously for prolong your subscription for next period.
2.3 If the amount to be charged to your Account varies from the amount you preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and Ex-Load shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge at least three (3) days before the scheduled date of the transaction.

3.1 The refunds are provided exclusively for unauthorized accidental duplicated purchases(it means 2 purchases simultaneously). The payments for utilized services are nonrefundable. Money don’t refund, if for some reason, the downloaded files will not meet your expectations. Money don’t refund for unused Premium days.
3.2 Refunds are be provided in the same form and same currency your payment was made.
3.3 Refunds are guaranteed only if subscription is made from a credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Subscriptions made by means of other different billing methods (eg. mobile billing) or payment services providers (e.g. liqpay) are subject to policies and technological restrains of such methods and payment services providers and thus may not be refundable.
3.4 Payment service providers may automatically reject payments or issue refund without your consent. Ex-Load is not liable for the actions of payment service providers.
3.5 An administration fee may apply to the amount of refund to cover processing costs and third-party commissions.
